The New Energy and Energy Storage System Conference (NEESSC 2023) is funded by the Science and Technology City Talent Project carried out by the Organization Department of the CPC Mianyang Municipal Committee and Mianyang Education and Sports Bureau, and is hosted by Organization Department of Fucheng District Committee of Mianyang City of the Communist Party of China, Southwest University of Science and Technology, China Simulation Federation, Simulation Technology Application Professional Committee, Chinese Association of Automation, New Energy and Energy Storage Systems Control Professional Committee, University of Science and Technology of China, Sichuan University, University of Electronic, Science and Technology of China, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu University of Information Technology, Tianfu Institute of Research and Innovation, Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST-TIRI), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, Public Service Platform for Industrialization of Innovation Results, Academician workstation of Southwest University of Science and Technology, Sichuan Institute of Military-Civilian Integration Innovation, School of Information Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology, New Energy Measurement and Control Research Centre, co-organized by the New Energy Measurement and Control Research Centre, School of Information Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Sichuan Key Laboratory of Special Environment Robotics, has been held for two sessions successfully.
The 3rd NEESSC will be held from 26 to 28 September 2023 in Mianyang, Sichuan, China (China Technology City). This forum is now soliciting papers from teachers, students, and researchers from universities, research institutes, and enterprises at domestic and abroad to promote the combination of industry, academia, and research among regional universities, research institutes, and enterprises to promote the long-term development of research results related to the control of new energy and energy storage systems in the fields of automation, intelligence and networking, and other fields.
There will be one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and ten merit prizes. In the meantime, the organizing committee will award certificates and generous bones to the recipients of each award. Each submission will be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. The manuscript will be published through JPCS or IEEE, and the organizing committee will submit all included articles to the EI search after publication and outstanding ones to the SCI search.

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Inspec, Scopus for indexing.

The secretary office of NEESSC 2023 will collect contributions and finish daily organizing work.
All paper review process will be completed by program committee member and invited experts.
